Our Products
At Hale Farms, we grow lots of different crops to eat and to share. We use sustainable growing methods so the plants and the ground will stay healthy and active.
Though we eat lots of the fruit of our labor, this year we are offering some of our pecans, microgreens, gourmet garlics, and blackberries for sale.

This year we are growing 4 varieties of tasty garlic:
Kettle River - Large cloves, rich and intense with earthy notes, medium heat, and a smooth finish. Early Red Italian - Originated in southern Italy and produces large heads of creamy, sumptuous garlic. Inchelium Red - Mild, but lasting flavor, with a hint of hot! Dense cloves store well. California Early - A subtle, mild tasting garlic variety, this is a very popular garlic that many people enjoy. |
Blackberries
Availability - Out of stock
|
We grow thornless varieties of blackberries at Hale Farms. The berries are sweet and store well in the fridge.
A single serving of blackberries provides about half of your daily recommended intake of vitamin C, as well as the mineral manganese. Both are highly potent antioxidants that reduce the oxidative stress to cells by ridding the body of free radicals. Also an excellent source of vitamin K and offer a modest amount of potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, iron, and calcium. The canes have blossoms in early May and are harvested throughout the month of June. |
